This house is located on the Island of Nassau on the west side of the island where there are new subdivisions. The house is located in a good and safe neighborhood with a gated community, approximately two minuets away from the ocean not from the Orange Hill Hotel and about 1 and a half miles away from the International airport. You can take the bus in order to reach downtown and that costs around $1.25. HOW TO GET THERE There will be available transportations to and from the airport which
includes in to the main charge. COMMUNITY In the gated community there are swimming pool and tennis courts for the use of the people who live there. The house is fenced around with concrete walls and gate in front of the driveway. There are about 20 different sorts of tropical fruit trees around the house. IN THE HOUSE There are three (3) bedrooms with king size beds, two showers (one in the master bedroom and another by the two bedrooms). There are large living room with surround sound, large kitchen and a dining room. A walk out porch that also includes surround sound system. Central air inside the house, and separate units in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished, which includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and storage. The house includes all the appliances that the person needs, towels, plates, cups, toilet paper, and a company that will come by to come clean the house every two days. RATES |
