OBTAINING A TOURIST VISA TO THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In order to obtain a tourist visa to the Russian Federation, the following documents must be submitted:

VISA APPLICATION FORM* All entries must be typed or printed in block letters in Russian or English. Photocopies of the application are acceptable, although the signature must be original. Incomplete visa applications will not be processed.
YOUR PASSPORT. The passport must be valid for at least three months after the time you plan on leaving Russia. Holders of travel documents other than passports (Permit to Reenter the United States of America, Refugee Travel Document, etc.) must also submit a copy of both sides of their green card.
ONE PASSPORT-SIZE PHOTOGRAPH of the applicant, signed on the back.
TOURIST VISA: we provide all necessary visa support and we can also provide travel arrangements, accommodations and reservations for travel in Russia. TOURIST VISAS ARE GOOD FOR ONLY 30 DAYS.

Visa Processing fees are as follows:

$180	for 12 business days of processing time at the Russian Consulate.	(Double Entry: $200)
$255	for 7 business days of processing time at the Russian Consulate.	(Double Entry: $295)
$300	for 3 business days of processing time at the Russian Consulate.	(Double Entry: $380)
$ 430	SAME DAY PROCESSING AT THE CONSULATE	(Double Entry: $480)

*These fees include all the necessary documentation for your visa.

Please allow 3 additional days for shipping and handling. S&H is NOT included in the processing times above. Express shipping service is included in our price with Federal Express, any other express service will be the responsibility of the client.

All Consular fees are subject to change without notice.
The Embassy is closed on all official American and Russian Holidays. Weekend days are not counted as business days in processing time.
Visa processing fees are non-refundable.
Children must apply for separate visas if they have their own passports.

In case if a customer is refused a visa, AA Travel will charge Shipping fee in the amount of $25.
