Visa Processing to the Ukraine

In order to complete your visa processing we will need:

Visa application, signed and dated. You may download it here.
An original passport
(the visa is actually pasted into the passport so a copy is NOT sufficient).
One passport photo (signed on the back).
Money order or check payable to AA Travel, Inc.

All Consular fees are subject to change without notice.
The Embassy is closed on all official American and Ukrainian Holidays.
Weekend days are not counted as business days in processing time.
Visa processing fees are non-refundable.
Children must apply for separate visas if they have their own passports.
AA Travel Inc. will not be held responsible for mistakes on visa applications. Applicant will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees that result from incomplete or inaccurate applications.
These fees include all the necessary documentation for your visa.
